The project consisted of the complete turn-key restoration, fit out and upgrading of the ground and first floor levels of a dilapidated unit in Dublin’s Temple Bar area, transforming this property into a beautiful restaurant/bar.

Restricted access to site requiring detailed traffic management plans and careful coordination of all deliveries because of limited parking place.
Conservation works to all retained internal joinery.
Total internal fit out including exposed brick walls, installation of fitted furniture, 2 no. new bars, new commercial kitchen, wc facilities, refurbishment of existing parquet flooring on both levels, feature wall cladding, new bespoke metal entrance lobby
Installation of significant Mechanical and Electrical packages.
New shop front complete with concealed security shutter and feature signs and lightnings.
Significant upgrading of fire protection throughout.
