This project consisted of general improvements to the existing structure, with regards to access, services and fire and sound proofing works

Restricted site and working hours, allowing for continuous operation of theatres, requiring night-time working shifts
Installation of new disabled access, new passenger lift and UPS system
Installation of new significant Mechanical and Electrical packages
Installation of new guest w.c. facilities
Upgrading works to top floor offices to improve sound-proofing
Removal and replacement of approximately one hundred fire-door sets
